Kaubamaja AS, the subsidiary of Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS, operates a traditional full-scale department store that includes the sales of fashion, food, home, beauty and children’s goods. Sales premises of Kaubamaja AS are located in Tallinn and Tartu. Kaubamaja AS has launched activities for the refurbishment of the Tallinn sales premises built in 1960, and according to plan, this will result in a completely renewed, a significantly larger city and shopping environment compared to the existing one. Kaubamaja AS, along with the Union of Estonian Architects, will declare a competition to find the best architectural solution for the refurbishment of Tallinna Kaubamaja.

Tallinna Kaubamaja Grupp AS will notify the stock exchange of important steps and specific details related to the construction of new sales premises pursuant to the procedure established in the rules and regulations of the stock exchange.
